You must use the Service in full compliance with Meta's and Threads' Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, and API policies. We are not responsible for any content you post to Threads or for any suspension, restriction, or other action taken by Meta/Threads against your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The operator's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) €10 if the Service was provided to you free of charge.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the operator and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) content you publish or attempt to publish via the Service; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights.
The Service relies on third-party infrastructure including Meta/Threads API, Supabase, Vercel, Redis, Resend, and Google Firebase (including Firebase Analytics and Gemini AI). We are not responsible for outages, changes, or decisions made by these third parties. Meta/Threads may modify, restrict, or revoke API access at any time; the operator is not liable for any resulting non-functionality or inability to publish posts. Firebase Analytics is only activated with your explicit consent, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Growly provides AI-powered post suggestions ("AI Features") powered by Google's Gemini AI. By using AI Features, you acknowledge and agree that:
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account via Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if: (a) you breach these Terms; (b) required by law or legal process; or (c) Meta/Threads revokes or restricts API access in a manner that prevents the Service from functioning. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may retain data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms here and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
